Victorian Garnet “Shirt Cuff” Bangle Bracelet

Impeccable original Victorian condition, craftsmanship and design are exhibited in this beautiful treasure. Made of 15 karat yellow gold, the bangle measures ¾ of an inch wide with an interior diameter of 2 ¼ by 1 7/8 inches. It is designed to resemble a shirt cuff, with a “button” of a large cabochon garnet peeking through the golden buttonhole. The cabochon is topped with a star design cluster of rose cut diamonds and a solitary pearl. Weighty and substantial, this is a genuine example of Victorian finery which will suit the preference of the sophisticated antique collector. Circa 1885
