With style elements of the 1940s ”retro” era clearly lingering in its design, this ring represents the evolution of jewelry design into the mid-century. Two oval sapphires which exhibit gorgeous cornflower blue color characteristic of stones of Ceylon origin and weigh approximately 3 carats in total, are set in platinum at opposing angles and decorated with sweeping strokes of baguette diamonds. The diamonds weigh .60 carats in total. Despite its striking presence, the ring has a practical and comfortable low profile on the finger. This ring can be resized on request.
