A spectacular 1950s design, with a sweeping stroke of brilliant white diamonds accented by a burst of blue sapphire and diamond. The aesthetic is very generous, yet the size of the brooch allows it to be worn for both formal and informal occasions. In total, the round brilliant white diamonds weigh 2.35 carats, while the mixed-cut sapphires weigh 2.40 carats. The platinum brooch is signed Cartier and the materials and craftsmanship are of the quality one would expect from this esteemed house. It’s gorgeous. The piece measures 1.50 by .75 inches and is finished on the back with a double set of clips.
