A tremendous find for vintage Patek Philippe aficionados, a ref. #130 chronograph from 1946 with the dial signed “TIFFANY & Co”. This is a particularly special timepiece because it comes with archive papers. The watch is 18k yellow gold, the dial especially desirable for its Breguet style and make. The dial, case, caseback and movement are all in excellent condition. This is one of the historical Pateks that give their brand such credibility today.
